Don Peters has served as an adjunct professor of law at DePaul University College of Law, as an adjunct professor of management at Roosevelt University and lecturer on labor and employment law at Kendall College. He has authored and has been extensively quoted in several articles on labor and employment law subjects. His other current and past associations include director, Little City Foundation; director, Amalgamated Bank of Chicago; founding director, Work Opportunity Resource Coalition; trustee, Catholic Theological Union of Chicago and director, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company. Don Peters has served as a mediator and as an adjudicator of labor disputes for the Hotel Employers Labor Relations Association. Don Peters has appeared as the on-camera host of a training video on the subject of sexual harassment. This video was marketed nationwide by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.
